Send files directly to Customer Service
File Upload is akin to placing an
order in person. Unlike DigiGraphics Online (which is our automated online
print/share/store service), the File Upload page allows you to send up to
six files at one time directly to Customer Service for any type of
processing.
Use File Upload for services not available through DigiGraphics Online, or
when you need to consult with us prior to entering your order into
production. File Upload orders are first reviewed by Customer Service; you
are contacted if there are any questions or concerns before the order is
produced.
Upload Accounts
A full-featured extension of the File Upload page
Upload Accounts allows you to upload an unlimited
number of files at one time, including entire folders and subfolders. Like
the File Upload page, files are sent directly to Customer Service for review
prior to entering production.
Upload Accounts are established at no-charge for
DigiGraphics' Clientele on
request. They are
secure, password-protected, and provide uploading, downloading, deleting,
sharing access to files with others via email links, and the ability to
manage files online, anywhere - 24/7.
Upload Accounts may be used for short-term storage
and retrieval of images while you are traveling... a nice way to free up
memory cards while on the road.
