We have held the line on the majority of our prices since 2002, a remarkably
long time by almost any standard.
During the month of
October, we will be updating prices where necessary to insure the
level of quality and service that our clientele expects and deserves
from DigiGraphics. Changes will
be rolled out on a service-by-service basis over the next month.
At the same time we will be
updating some service listings to
make them easier to understand. While the custom nature of
our work makes it difficult to distill some
services down to simple listings... we know there is room for
improvement and will do our best to make positive changes.
Clients
using
DigiGraphics Online
will soon notice improvements to the ordering process with the
introduction of a new shopping cart. Lifepics, the host of
DigiGraphics Online, is in the process of implementing this
change. While we have not yet seen the new version, we've been told
it's a substantial improvement in terms of product organization and
efficiency in print ordering.
One thing that won't change is our commitment to, and passion for,
quality photographic imaging and the talented and loyal clientele we serve... the
main source of our pleasure and personal reward for our existence as
a business over the past 31 years.
