We do not compete with consumer minilabs, drug stores, or amateur online print labs selling 4x6’s for 6 cents. Prices like this are not possible without high volume, automated printing, and compromise to quality and service... something we are not willing to do. When rock bottom pricing is the only priority, there are hundreds of labs on the internet able to meet that need. The money you spend with DigiGraphics goes toward producing a quality product, one order at a time, by skilled technicians. We do not waste money on fancy packaging, endless marketing and come-ons. We do not offer impossibly low prices then up-sell to make up the difference. We treat each client the same, regardless of the amount spent. Every order is important. The modest profit we earn by practicing our craft is a by-product rather than a goal. We're motivated by the value of our relationship with each client more than the value of a dollar. In short, we're a different kind of company.We treat our clients with honesty and respect. We address issues quickly and fairly. We invest in long-term relationships not short-term gains. We don't play games when we make mistakes; it happens. When it does, we make a fair and honest effort to correct it. When a client makes a mistake, we identify it and help them to avoid it in the future. We promise perfection to those willing to partner with us in achieving it. We provide qualified advice in using our services and freely share our considerable knowledge with those wanting to improve their photography and lab work. Photography, and especially digital photography, is about teamwork and knowledge. We don't invest energy in the rare few who cannot be satisfied, or are unwilling to treat our staff with respect. Money isn't worth it, and life's too short. We believe in greasing wheels before they squeak. Our terms are cash, check, Visa or MasterCard. We do not extend open accounts. Doing so adds a layer of cost we'd rather spend on quality and service.

Moss, CSR Established 1977 DigiGraphics was originally named Gerards Photo Lab. The name was changed in 2002 to reflect our commitment to digital imaging. By 1990 we were operating five labs across the western states employing over 70 people in facilities located in Irvine CA, Santa Barbara CA, Colorado Springs CO, Fort Collins CO, and Salt Lake City UT.
We've
since distilled our operation down to this, our most technically
capable facility, in Fort Collins Colorado. Our Colorado operation
