overview of scanning services

We provide scanning services to meet many different needs. There is almost nothing too small or large to scan. We make scans from film, prints, artwork and thee dimensional objects (Studio Scans).

SnapShot Scans Arrow

Machine corrected scans of 35mm and 2¼ film.
Recommended Use: SnapShot Prints, Inkjet Printing, archiving.
Post Processing: None.  
Pricing from 1 to 1000 frames.

Album Scans Arrow

Visually corrected scans of 35mm and 2¼ film.
Recommended Use: Album Prints, Inkjet Printing, archiving.
Post Processing: None.
Pricing from 1 to 1000 frames.

Copy Scans Arrow

Scans of prints and flat artwork up to 8½x14". For larger artwork see Studio Scans.
Recommended Use: Photographic and Inkjet Printing, archiving. As an intermediate step in copying/restoring/retouching existing photographs.
Post Processing: Edited for contrast, density and approximate color match.

Drum Scans Arrow

Highest resolution and widest tonal range from film and flat art up to 9x18".
Recommended Use: Display & Exhibit Prints. Images for maximum enlargement. Commercial Web/Offset (cmyk) printing, publishing. Archiving irreplaceable high quality images.
Post Processing: Cleaned & Spotted. Edited for precise color, tonal range (contrast), saturation.

Nikon D3 DSLR and 4x5" Scan-Back capture of prints and flat artwork up to 4x8 feet under controlled studio lighting conditions.
