overview of proofing services

Traditional Film Proofs are prints made at the time of film processing. Proof prints provide a first look at overall image quality including exposure, color, sharpness and composition.

Proof Scans are made at the same time and are identical in size to proof prints, at 300ppi. Scans are returned on a CD and include a small index print of all exposures.

Digital Camera Proofs serve the same purpose as film proofs. They are made from digital camera files in quantities of 25 or more camera files at one time.
