Controlling Fees

Many file handling fees can be avoided by ordering a CD or DVD of the files we correct or produce, allowing you to archive and manage your own files.

About File Storage

Except for files stored in albums at DigiGraphics Online, we delete files from our production server following order completion.

If we correct or produce files as part of an order, we strongly suggest saving them to a CD or DVD, or purchasing long-term storage, so they are available for future use.
