Improved Online Shopping Cart Coming Soon!

An improved and simplified shopping cart is coming online soon. The new cart will make ordering more efficient and solve the problems, and frustration, of choosing from among our many products to order the size and service you want for each image. The current shopping cart wasn't designed to handle all of the products that are now available, and it's been a source of frustration for all of us.

As you may know, DigiGraphics provides content for DigiGraphics Online (services, prices, etc.) but not functionality - which is provided by LifePics in Boulder, Colorado. When improvements to the functionality of the site are needed, LifePics' team of web technicians perform the design and coding necessary to make that happen. We're pleased that they have responded to suggestions for improving the shopping cart and look forward to its upcoming release.

Take Your Print Quality up a Notch or Two:
1-on-1 Photoshop Tutoring Sessions

Digital imaging removed a long-standing barrier to a photographer's creativity; the ability to stand in our darkrooms and print their own work. Finally, there is creative freedom! Digital cameras and programs like Photoshop (and Photoshop Elements) give the photographer direct control over every aspect of image reproduction. We provide the paper and chemical processing, while the photographer gets to have all the fun!

Our 1-on-1 tutoring sessions teach you the tools, techniques, and procedures necessary to take your digital "darkroom" skills to the next level. Whether you are just beginning to work with digital images, or a seasoned professional, 1-on-1 tutoring sessions cut through the clutter of information and get down to the everyday practical skills that are needed to make high quality prints of your digital images.

Whether you're stumped by a particular editing problem, tool, workflow issue, or you just want to learn the basics of preparing and submitting files for successful printing, 1-on-1 tutoring sessions will get you there quickly. Our goal is move you to the point where your creative instincts can be exercised without limitation. Learning a small set of straight-forward skills is all it takes, and who better to teach them than the people who prepare professional images for printing every day of the week!

When NOT to Use DigiGraphics Online:
Uploading Files Directly to Customer Service

DigiGraphics Online is designed to simplify purchasing services that lend themselves to convenient, automatic ordering. But many of our services are too specific or custom in nature to be presented in this  format.

When this is the case for one of your images, we recommend sending files and instructions directly to Customer Service. You can do this from the home page of our website by clicking on "Upload Files" or by entering this page address into your browser:

http://www.digi-graphics.com/services08/pages_ftp/manual_upload.htm

The File Upload Page allows uploading of up to six files at one time. If you have more than six files, you can use the page multiple times, or request a free File Upload Account which allows you to upload an unlimited number of files at one time.

Once your files and instructions are received, they are reviewed by Customer Service before being entered into production. If necessary or requested, Customer Service will contact you to discuss the order, much the same as if the order was placed in person. But in this case... it's ok if you're wearing your jammies.
