If you are using Photoshop, Photoshop
Elements or another image editing program to edit files
prior to uploading and ordering prints, there are a few
things you need to be aware of that can cause errors in
uploading or unexpected print-quality results. If unsure

Uploaded Files Must Be:

In
8-bit Color
16-bit files will not upload or print properly. |
| |
In
sRGB Color Space
Convert to sRGB color space before uploading.
This includes black & white images, and CMYK images. |

Flattened
Remove all layers by flattening before uploading. |
| |
Free of Alpha Channels
Remove any Alpha Channels prior to uploading.
If there are more than four channels in the Channels Pallet,
the extra channels must be deleted. The four channels
required are: RGB (composite), Red, Green, Blue. |

Free of Annotations
Remove all image workspace annotations |
| |
Saved as: tiff,
jpg, psd.
You'll save considerable upload time, at virtually no cost
to quality, by saving your final upload-ready files as jpg
at #10 (low) compression. |
