How Are Prints Made?
Our Frontier and Lambda printers use color lasers to expose digital files onto Fuji Crystal Archive and Kodak Endura silver-based color print paper. These papers are chemically processed like traditional color print paper. Prints are continuous tone; they do not have a dot pattern like inkjet prints... resulting in ultra fine detail and seamless transitions between tones.

How Long Will Prints Last?
These papers have an archival rating at 80-100 years.

Will My Prints Match My Monitor?
Unless you have calibrated your monitor in accordance with industry standards, chances are your prints will not match your monitor. If color matching is important to you, see the information under "Pro-Tips".

What if a File is Too Small to Print?
Each print size requires a certain number of pixels for printing. The larger the print, the more pixels required. The ordering system will warn against printing a file that will have fewer pixels than recommend.

When this happens, your options include ordering a smaller print, reducing the amount of any cropping, increasing the resolution of the file using an image editing program like
Adobe Photoshop, or over-riding the warning and ordering.

When is My Credit Card Charged?
Charges to your credit card will reference DigiGraphics. Your card is not automatically charged at the time of ordering, but charged manually prior to the time the order is shipped. If you pick up your order in person, we will ask you for your card to charge at that time.
